In which colors will the Advent Calendar be available?
The calendar will be available in two colors. You can choose
between gold and silver. Which color will you go for?
Can I order the Advent Calendar in mixed colors?
We only offer gold or silver. Bicolor is not available.
Can I order multiple Advent Calendars at once?
Absolutely! Please note that the quantities are strictly limited, so
be quick.
Attention: Reselling is not allowed. PV Commerce GmbH is the only authorized seller for the PV Advent Calendar.
Can I use a gift card/discount code for the purchase of the Advent Calendar?
Gift cards can be redeemed.
Our Advent Calendar contains unique pieces, so discount codes cannot applied to it.
Can I buy the products included in the Advent Calendar separately in the store?
Our special products are exclusively available in the Advent Calendar and cannot be purchased individually in the store.
Can I order other products in addition to the Advent Calendar?
You can order several calendars within one order, but the Advent
Calendars cannot be ordered together with other products as it
will be shipped at a later date (beginning of November)
Can I change the color of the Advent Calendar after my order?

Can I return the Advent Calendar if I don’t like it?
The calendar can only be returned unopened and in its original
condition. Once a door of the calendar has been opened, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
You can return the calendar within the legal 14-days return period
from the date of delivery.
The costs for a return are to be borne by the customer and may
vary depending on the country. We do not assume any liability for
return shipping. We recommend choosing insured shipping only
When will the Advent Calendar be shipped?
We’ll start shipping as of beginning of November. You will receive
a shipping confirmation with the final tracking details as soon as
your order will be shipped. Please make sure to check your Spam
folder as well.
Do the two Advent Calendars contain different pieces of jewelry?
Both calendars contain the same pieces of jewellery except for one
door.
Jewellery & Watch Calendar contains 11 pieces of jewelry and 1
watch (available in silver or gold).
Jewellery Only Calendar contains 12 pieces of jewellery (available in
silver or gold).
An item is defective/wrong/missing, what should I do?

What payment methods are available for the Advent Calendar?
You can order the Advent calendar using all our common payment methods. However, please note that the calendar must be paid in advance and will be shipped from November onwards.
If I want to buy with Klarna on an invoice, when do I have to pay my invoice?
When you make a purchase with Klarna on an invoice, the due date is determined by Klarna's guidelines. Typically, the payment deadline is either 30 days from the invoice date or immediate, depending on what you indicated during the purchase.
