All orders placed in November 2018 can be returned until 01.01.2019. All orders placed in December are subject to our regular return policy of 30 days.

Is something not quite right? Don’t worry, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. If you are using PayPal you can can return your order for free without any additional costs. If you are using a different payment method, you will be in charge for the shipping fees to our European warehouse in Germany.
Your watch must:
– Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Be unworn & returned in original condition.
– Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached.
– Include the original packaging.

Paul Valentine has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorised dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you consider your item to be faulty, please complete the form below. Our customer services team will then be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim.
